Quality varies. Sound is good on season 1-3 then gets worse on season 4. Video is good on season 1-2 then gets a little worse for season 3-4 and even worse for the finale movie. Overall its watchable, but a lot of it is not really 'HD.'
The show itself starts off pretty great in season 1, then is just ok in season 2, then just gets ridiculously outlandish in season 3, and by season 4 its completely come off the rails. It has massive plot holes over the place and you really just have to ignore quite a bit of the idiocy, but overall its an ok tv show.
Isn't there a law that forbids you to watch Prison Break after season 1? This show had the worst fallow up seasons, after they realized people actually watch it and they only wrote material for one, but they probably said 'We should let Purcell have more than one season, after all that John Doe mess!' , so the shitpile started to rise.
